AFCAT 02/2026 Answer Key 2026 – Response Sheet, Objection Status & Result Update

The Indian Air Force released the AFCAT 02/2026 Answer Key 2026, question paper and individual response sheet after conducting the Air Force Common Admission Test on 8 August 2026. Candidates could access their question paper, provisional answers and recorded responses through the AFCAT candidate login.

According to the official AFCAT 02/2026 notification, the Objection Management window opened at 5:00 PM on 9 August 2026 and closed at 5:00 PM on 11 August 2026. The objection facility is therefore now closed. The Indian Air Force will review valid challenges before preparing the result.

Current status: AFCAT 02/2026 examination is complete and the provisional answer-key/response-sheet objection period has ended. Candidates should now wait for the official AFCAT result and AFSB shortlisting update.

Important date correction: The official notification states that the Question Paper, Answer Key and Individual Response were available from 9 August 2026 at 1700 Hr, not first released on 11 August. 11 August 2026 at 1700 Hr was the closing time for objection management.

Vacancy clarification: The official notification lists 353 vacancies under AFCAT Entry and another 26 vacancies under GATE Score Entry, making 379 when those two entry routes are arithmetically combined. NCC Special Entry seats are percentage-based and are not a fixed additional vacancy count.
